Requirements to Register a mtown8 Account

Before starting the registration process, make sure you meet the following requirements set by the platform:

• Aged 18 and above — mtown8 only accepts registrations from individuals who have reached the age of majority. Age verification will be carried out during the KYC process.
• Active Malaysia phone number — required for OTP verification and account security-related communications.
• Valid email address — used for account verification, transaction notifications and important communications from mtown8.
• One account per individual only — registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Valid MyKad or passport — required for the KYC process when you make your first withdrawal or when mtown8 requires identity verification.

Welcome Bonus — What You Need to Know

Every new mtown8 member is eligible to claim a Welcome Bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. This means if you deposit RM200, you will receive an additional RM300 in bonus credits — giving you RM500 in playing funds to get started.

This bonus is subject to standard rollover requirements as stated on the relevant promotions page. We always encourage new members to read the bonus terms carefully before claiming — so you fully understand how it works and there are no unpleasant surprises down the line.

Beyond the welcome bonus, mtown8 offers a wide range of ongoing promotions including daily cashback, weekly reload bonuses, special promotions for major sporting events and exclusive rewards for VIP members. Once registered, visit the Promotions page regularly so you never miss a limited-time offer.

Download the mtown8 App for the Best Experience

While the mtown8 platform is fully accessible via a web browser on any device, we recommend downloading the official mtown8 app for a smoother and faster experience. Optimised for Android and iOS, the app offers a more responsive interface, real-time notifications and easier access to all platform features.

The download process takes less than 2 minutes and does not require you to log in to Google Play or the App Store. Visit the Download page for full instructions.
