Mtown8 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to mtown8. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mtown8 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by mtown8.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the mtown8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the mtown8 platform.

One Account Policy: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at mtown8. This includes accounts registered under different names, different phone numbers, or different email addresses. The discovery of duplicate accounts will result in termination of all accounts involved.

Identity Verification Process (KYC): As part of our commitment to platform security and integrity, mtown8 conducts identity verification for all members. You may be asked to provide:

• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill within the last 3 months)

• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible account, unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any winnings from a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Rollover is calculated based on actual bet amounts, not on winnings or losses.

All games available on the mtown8 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent certification body to ensure the fairness and authenticity of every game outcome. mtown8 has no ability to influence game results.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the mtown8 server records will serve as the final reference. Results recorded by the mtown8 server are final and binding.

• Any technical disruption occurring during an active game will be resolved in accordance with the specific policy of the game in question.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player, except through the Cash Out feature (if available) before the match or game ends.
• Mtown8 reserves the right to void bets if a significant technical error occurs in the display of odds or game information.
• The use of bots, automation software, or any program intended to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login details, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication code. All activity that occurs under your account — whether by you or by any other party using your credentials — is entirely your responsibility.

• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
